TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE AND SERVICE
These Terms And Conditions of Use And Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“You,” “Your”) and honeymoon.tours (“We,” “Us” or “Our”), concerning your access to and use of the honeymoon.tours website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”) for the purpose of contributing towards a cause as defined by a third party as the fundraiser.
USE OF SERVICE AND CONTENT
The Site provides an online crowdfunding donation platform for specific honeymoon trip’s expenses that a third party has selected from the Site. The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by honeymoon.tours and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. Your use of the Site is restricted to the receipt of user referral fee earned for every fully paid and completed honeymoon itinerary selected by Your referee as recommended by You to register on the Site.
FEES FOR SERVICE
There is no fee imposed for the completion of this service on this Site.

As a business partner, You have agreed to recommend a third party to create, manage, promote and select his/her honeymoon tour from the offerings on this Site for the sole purpose of earning a referral fee on a per recommendation basis with the amount as predefined by Us that may change from time to time without due notice. You further agree that this earning shall only appear as a credit in your account upon the full payment or full funding of the tour chosen as a honeymoon trip by the third party recommended by You to register as user on the Site. You acknowledge that these earnings when credited and when it should exceed a threshold amount as determined by Us, may be reimbursed to You in the form of a remittance via PayPal or bank transfer financial transaction when requested by You through Your logged in dashboard, or they can be processed in lieu of cash at face value as monetary transactions against tour offerings from the Site, or InterTrips.com, or Chinatour.com in compliance with the respective terms and conditions of purchase and service at those sites.
You agree that you will provide your legitimate and correct PayPal and/or financial account information for remittance or withdrawal of Your earnings, and that You will provide Us with Your business’s Employer Identification Number (EIN) or Your Social Security Number (SSN) for tax filing purposes should your accumulated calendar year referral fee reaches $21,000 or more.
You shall agree to indemnify and hold Us harmless from and against any costs, damages, losses or liabilities arising out of claims of errors, abuse, or failure and/or non-functioning of this Site.
REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES, AND ACCOUNT CANCELLATION
No warranty or representation is given, endorsed or implied by Us with regard to the authenticity and validity of the crowdfunding purpose, its intent or the third party fundraiser.
The withdrawal of fund from the account shall not include contributions made into the account via discounts, discount codes, referral codes, or through any other form of non-financial credits beyond credit card, PayPal, WePay, bank transfer, check deposit, cash or any other electronic payment systems.
It is agreed that both parties reserve the rights to cancel the business partner relationship at any time as deemed fit for whatever reasons and/or without cause.
CHANGES AND UPDATES
CLAIMS AND MEDIATION
If a dispute arises out of or relates to this Terms and Conditions Agreement as a result of any claim, or the breach thereof, and if the dispute cannot be settled through negotiation, the parties agree first to try in good faith to settle the dispute by mediation administered by a mediator experienced in the travel industry under the Commercial Mediation Procedures of the American Arbitration Association before resorting to arbitration, litigation, or some other dispute resolution procedure.
We will not discuss or disclose any information about guests’ personal data or trip details with any third party other than the client’s authorized travel partner on the reservation, the airlines, hotels, land, cruise operators, and the relevant and necessary business suppliers for this tour arrangement.

This site and its components are offered for informational purposes only; this site shall not be responsible or liable for accuracy, usefulness or availability of any information transmitted or made available via the site, and shall not be responsible or liable for any error or omissions in that information.
